There isn't much you can do so young other than like suckling rhein nose out (if she even has a runny nose), using a humidifier. When my son got sick at that age I found dr. Zarbees makes a cough and mucus syrup for babies 2 months and up. I still give it to my son since there isn't anything that can be taken at his age still.
