When is the best time to start planning a birthday party? Leah birthday is in September

Depends on how big and how many people... if at an establishment id say months and months to ensure the date... an at home party for family a month or 2 an at home or park party with lots of guests 3-4 months. I have 6 girls... depending on age it varries from year to year but 1st birthdays are special and tend to require more planning GL

I started buying stuff just now at 9 months but thought of a theme about a month ago or so. You can do it whenever. I know some start as soon as their born. Lol
