Any good tips how to decongest there nose?

@ecahanes I have the humidifier going, I haven't tried baby Vicks I will have to give that a try

Just make sure it's the baby Vicks and not the real Vicks . The real Vicks is way too strong for them. I hope that helps and keep using that nose sucker!

@ecahanes thank you. We have definitely been using the nose sucker, which she hates but it has been helping

Saline and a booger suckee is good you can even use breast milk ! And steam from the steam from the shower might break everything up

It also acts as a decongestant. You can just squirt it right in there and let it sit for a second then try suctioning them out again.
