starting to get freaked out. every time I walk by a light or am in the room it flickers. but it stops when I leave the room :/. I've changed the light bulbs multiple times an it doesn't do that to anyone else. been going on since I gave birth

Is it a loose bulb? Sometimes mine do that if they are loose and tightening them fixed it
