It's been 1 month, 1week and 1day since my miscarriage and D&C, no period since then.
I took a test after debating and it's positive.
The only thing is my sister went through the same (about 5weeks from her D&C) and hers was positive but then a period two days after.
I'm keeping an open mind to that it could be a false positive but hoping it's not! I'm going to buy a test that tells how many weeks I could be tomorrow.

Yeah I mean it CAN happen but it's not likely. You usually get false negatives not false positives. Hopefully it is true. (assuming that's what you want) I too had a MC about that time with my 1st pregnancy. It's rough. I got pregnant just 4 weeks later after my MC on my next ovulation and had a healthy 40 weeks! So it's very possible.
@jacesterlingsmommy, right my sister had a false positive at 5 weeks post her D&C though and her doctor said they were very very surprised because normally 10-15 days post D&C your levels are dropped to normal. My doctor told me before I had mine (lost mine at 6weeks) that my levels were low to begin with, so that's why I'm wondering if my test is true!

Hcg would be out of your system by now. I'd go for blood work. They'll do it since you're so quick out of d&c
@courtt, oh I know I'll prob call my doctor tomorrow and talk to them.
I was thinking if I got a test that said how many weeks if it said 1-2 weeks then it maybe right . Idk don't want to get my hopes up just yet
False positives usually don't happen. I'd think hormones are gone by now and it's a true positive. Blood work can give you a definitive answer.
Continuing to test is gonna do nothing but make you wonder. If anything go to the doc
Right my sister called her doctor and they told her the hormones normally go away 2-3 weeks after a D&C. @courtt,

It could be the hormones still in your body. Best thing to do is go to the doctor
I had a miscarriage Jan 10th 2016 and was pregnant on February 1st and now have a 16 month old it's scary to miscarry for no reason then get pregnant. makes your nerves a wreck scared it happen again. fingers crossed for u girl
