@rcbaby1, I can't tell because this is my 4th pregnancy and they say it's very different from your first. When reading up on it this tea does not induce labor but help to tone the uterus for labor making the contractions more efficient and labor fast. With my first child I was in labor for 8 hours and this one only 3 so maybe it did help. Give it a try it can't hurt plus the taste is not bad at all. Good luck!!!
