@miamimommy17, I was too! But just the very tip and he really didn't seem to mind. And I could tell he was really relieved when he finally pooped.
It can be normal for breastfed babies to not have a bowel movement for a few days so I'd call and ask the doctor if you should even be concerned
Both , but mostly formula just gave him 2 oz of breastmilk though @mommytobe98,
When mine was that small the Dr said it was okay to go up to 4 days without pooping
Damn I'm so scared to put a thermometer up the rectum @whitneyp, I did the syrup this morning .
When my little one had the same problem, dr suggested a couple of things. Use a thermometer to stimulate his rectum. That can get the muscles moving. Also to put a tsp of lite kayro syrup in his bottle. Only does this once in a 24 hr period. I found the thermometer to work best. Used a little Vaseline to lubricate it.
Question ladies I started giving my son solid food at 4 1/2 months old. And I only gave him 2oz of oatmeal and half a container of veggies once a day he gets it before bed I'm currently still doing the same feeding with it but I know when they get older you can do veggies like 2-3 times a day. How much do you guys do a day?

So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
