@mrsgates15, It cant hurt to call doctor and ask. Im unfamiliar with CS but my sister told me if she was contracting the doc said to call because she was in no way allowed to deliver it had to be a cs placenta previa (sp?) id call for piece of mind

They don't look regular enough to me. Getting there but I wouldn't go quite yet. Even if you need a CS they'll prep you then. Unless you're high risk they'll probably just send you home because you still have a couple weeks left. I'm not sure at my hospital they stopped labor until 39 weeks. I mean obviously unless your water breaks then baby is definitely coming. Lol

I wouldn't just yet. Id hold out as long as you can cause they would probably try to send you home

I would wait til they are 5-6 minutes apart. Thats what i did and by the time i got there, i was 9 cm dilated

My first my contractions started March 5 I waited it out till about 12 that night I couldn't take no more Jr was born March 6 at 431 pm.

Unless you are high risk my doctor told me to wait until 6 contractions were 5 mins apart if I was over 50 miles out and 3 minutes if I was within 25 miles

Was your first a quick labor? If it was, it might not be a bad idea... if not, then wait it out
