Only in my first trimester and I already feel like I'm dying 😩 my stomach is killing me i can't eat or drink anything without my stomach flipping it around and decides it doesn't want it 🤢I don't know what to do anymore just wish things get better soon I can't do this for another 220 days

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I know how you feel get this drink call ensure. It's healthy and should stay down. I had it as bad as you maybe worst and this worked for me. Try also eating super SLOW. N when you feel like trowing stop and breathe. You will need to focus doing this. It worked for me. Sometimes it's even your own mind that causes it I think.
