So idk what to do for them but both of my girls are constipated and they're having such a hard time. They just cry & grunt. You can tell they're really struggling. Is there anything I can give them at home to help? My car is in the shop so I don't have a vehicle until next week to get them to the doctor 😩 they're almost 2 months old..

Mine does the same! I've been using gripe water AND switched to the gentle formula. still not working 😭

If you're breastfeeding drink chamomile tea and it will go to them trough breast milk and help them poop. Also tummy massage and move their legs upward. It will show you how on youtube.

give them an ounce of water! it keeps their poop soft too an not constipated hard... it always works for my daughter. @twinmommy1717

i know my hospital said that we shouldn't give them water but it's not gonna hurt them it helps with pooping an they used to give baby's water. it's up to you an your parenting choices :) but it works for my daughter everytime @twinmommy1717

Be very careful giving water. Newborn babies can get water toxicity very easily. I would try tummy massage/bicycling legs and a warm bath first.

Try colic calm or gripe water stay away from water babies can get toxicity. These helped both my kids. Or try a warm bath that is usually helpful.

You can use a q-tip. Has worked wonders for all my babies :)
