What do you do when you can't move due to scatia?

I'm suffering with sciatica too at min. What dya mean though what do u do? X

@haribo83 I can't physically move atm, even slightly. I'm stuck in one position on my bed lmao x

They don't do anything for.yiu x I suffered too x

@jessyab, oh dear lol. Try and rub the painful area yourself to try ease it so u can at least move position. These babies need to arrive now and put us out our miseries! Lol x
