Any one else suffer from dry lips not really chapped but dry like they just feel like no moisture…

Any one else suffer from dry lips not really chapped but dry like they just feel like no moisture can stay in them? Ive been suffering this whole pregnancy so far like that no matter what chapstick I try nothing is helping...I also drink more than a gallon of water a day so I know its not dehydration :( :(
