Currently looking for the best postpartum girdle/cinched or something to put my stomach back in…

I wore one with my first and was to pre pregnancy weight in 4 weeks and then I had a flat stomach by 2 1/2 months after everything went back to tight and normal. Loved it I got it at walmart and I got 3 different ones you just have to choose which one you like best

They will give you one at the hospital you just have to ask for it. The purpose is to support your stomach/internal organs after delivery. They don't help you lose weight or inches (no girdle or waist trainer can do that) but the support is great after!

Yes! Just ask for the abdominal binder. I wore mine 24/7 for about 2 Weeks after and then wore high waisted compression underwear. I had a c section unfortunately so I really needed the support!
