Tips on getting my 9 month old to sleep through the night?? With little to no crying? Please! I need help! 😭

maybe a meal or cereal before bed. mine wake up when theu don't eat enough before bed cause their hungry.

I feed my baby first and then give her a bath right after so she has her belly full and all clean and she's nice and ready to sleep lol

@hkatedavis, oh that's rough! 🤔 maybe some lavender lotion and a little baby massage before bed? I took mine to a chiropractor since she was 3 weeks old... when she would struggle with sleep and he would notice that she'd be out of alignment which can cause some pain... could he be teething? Mine would wake up between 2-4 am a few days before a tooth was even noticeable! Just trying to throw some things out there for you! 😅

@dreamermom, I keep him up pretty late too and even if he doesn't fall asleep till 10 or 11 he still wakes up at 2. After that he has a very hard time going back to sleep and cries and cries..

I have to keep my daughter up later than what most people suggest... and then she sleeps through the night... if she goes to sleep too early, I just know it's going to be a rough night!

Try a bath before bed .

Maybe keep him up longer. Like don't let him nap past a certain time. With my son, I won't let him nap after 4pm and between 7-8 pm he's asleep and sleeps through the night.

Maybe the baby is to hot at night. That is what I am finding with my son.
