Help!!! I have been sick for about 4 days now (worst cold, clogged sinuses ever) this morning my face was red and splotchy on one side and throughout the day it had gotten worse and it's so itchy. What is this? Do I need to go to the doctor??

I just hate going in and then hearing that there is nothing they can do or something.
