@mother_of_humans they left a sort of feedback form at the end of my bed before I left so I wrote a piece of my mind on that, wouldn't know where to start to make an official complaint X

@mother_of_humans during the pregnancy they lost my notes 3 times, lost my blood results ( they had to be re done) and nearly put the wrong pessary in when I was being induced X

@mother_of_humans it was only 3 bags my hospital holdall and 2 gift bags from family, I'd only been discharged 12 hours earlier and with a 3rd degree tear, of course the first thing on my mind is unpacking stupid bat! I phoned the hospital after she left and been told they can't find my paperwork or discharge papers X

@mother_of_humans soon as she walked into living room she said "oohh were a bit more organised now arnt we" just felt like saying **** off you patronising b****!! X
