We got more use out of our exercauser ! Once he figures out how to pull up and stand he wanted to be free and hated the walker

Yeah, I second the jumper or exersaucer! Walkers can hurt when your baby bashes into you. Or they can fall down stairs. Supposedly walkers are detrimental to their development anyway.

Yeah I was thinking more of an exersaucer just because I don't have a lot of space for him to walk around in a walker anyway @lisa0488, @ncmomma, @nomaci,

What @nomaci, said about walkers being detrimental to development is absolutely true. My son is in PT and has been for months, and the first thing that his dr. said is ditch the walker! Although I didn't use the exersaucer as much as I would've liked, I feel like that would help with leg strength more than a walker because they have to hold their self up more.

Jumperoo's are good and great for exercise! Their also super fun and you know you don't have to worry about them getting anywhere or even in a danger zone. I'd recommend it. I had both saucer and a walker, and I heard a lot that walkers can delay walking. Idk if it's true or not, but as soon as my son stopped using his walker at 8 months, he started walking by 9 months!

@smilingwithmyawesome4kids, we have that one too! He loved it. Just be careful. Unless they changed it, the metal brackets holding the straps to the big blue tray thing can cut through the stitches. I read about it and decided to check. Glad I did because one strap was only being held on by a thread! We got so heavy duty fishing wire and fixed it, as well as reinforced the other straps.

Wow thats scary 😨 I would be taking that back to Babiesrus and getting another one. I always check all his toys and anything I put him in. We also got the warranty on this so if anything breaks or anything like that happens we just take it to our local Babiesrus and they will give us a new one. We are not handy on fixing things like that. But with the warranty we don't have to worry about that. I would highly recommend getting a warranty on everything that is offered. I am so sorry 😢 that happened to you that's super scary😨 .
