Mine broke too... i personally would just get a nice bookbag lol

I had one similar but mine was Dark green all over with gray . Me and my hubby always switched off carrying it of course and he had to loosen the straps it eventually broke I think because the amount of things but mostly because the way he was carrying it. Man are just to rough I just bought a new one and he won't get to carry it at all lol but it'ss way better than a one strapped diaper bag I love the backpack one's sorry for the long comment
