Good morning mommies so tomorrow I'll be 39 weeks π I've been having extreme amount of back pain. And I lost my mucus plug yesterday.. what should I mostly expect this week

This literally just started happening to me wednesdsy...the back pain was like a 6 for me at home...they where actually contractions but they can't pick them up..I had my boy last night at 5. If it gets too intense insist they check your cervix and then recheck later that's the only way they'll know if they're actual contractions or just back pain !!
