I've been having burning feeling in my stomach and really bad sharp pains all over my stomach and I puked up yellow stuff I have been having these symptoms for less than a week can someone please tell me what is going on?

I did at a clinic and my pain was a 5 1/2 so they said to come back on March 10if I don't have my period since I had it on the 6 of this month
Take a pregnancy test. If negative you may have to go to the dr, it could be a stomach infection.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Oh and my stomach feels hard when I lay on it
