Keep a cup of cold water in the shower with you and don't shower in hot hot water. Drink water now. It's common.

Drink water before and after! If you feel like that during, drink water during your shower. I get like that!

What is it tho? I don't understand. I was taking the biggest breathes ever!! I always take long showers when I have to wash my hair. Other than that I don't spend@twinmommabellahali more than 10 minutes but I usually last 40 when washing and untangling my knots lol

Showers exhausts me while pregnant. Im ready to pass out after taking one. The overheating has a lot to do with it too.

I have the exact same thing. I get light headed and lose my vision and balance and my heart starts beating really fast. I need to get out like asap and go into cold air to catch my breath. And I get really really shaky and get a huge headache. It's happened so often that my husband needs to shower with me to make sure I don't pass out. I talked to my OB and she said it's pregnancy. That your body is changing so much that it just happens. It can also be the water is too hot. And it's making you dehydrated.

My OB said just to drink Tylenol and rest when you feel like that.

I have had to sit down I. the shower because of that. but I had before I pregnant it got really bad and went to the er about it and they said nothing was wrong I still get every once and while now so I just sit down so I don't fall usually happens when I get to hot from the water mostly
