I was out all day yesterday and was only able to pump once and my breastmilk has paid for it. Went to the store tonight to pick up some things to increase my supply again. Plus I plan on eating loads of oatmeal. I am going to have to be careful in the future. Only 2 errands a day when I am out. Ugh this will make me have to get out everyday if that is the case. What do I do?

Oatmeal doesn't really help much. Breast milk comes from your blood not from really what you eat. Just drink loads of water.

Drink also mothers milk - tea the more stimulation sucking the better supply loads of water

@andrewsmommy, @justinx2, thank you both. I will increase my water and I have the tea. I have been drinking it since my milk came in.
