Some days I feel like I am screwing up as a mom, but then other days something happens that makes me feel like "I got this! I really am doing good!"

Take time to notice your little victories Mamas!

Today at the boys' basketball game an adult couple and another kid knocked over a big trash can and it spilled everywhere. My kids watched as these people just looked at the mess they made and walked away. My 11 yr old shook his head and said "Mom I am going to go help clean it up. I'll be back in a minute"

It's a small thing. But I was still pretty proud of my little guy for stepping up to the plate even though it wasn't his problem or his fault.
