There is a crisis hotline specifically for postpartum depression if you needed it 1-800-PPD-MOMS

I am so afraid to add medication to anything especially with breastfeeding I just kind of am hoping to talk through it as much as possible. I just feel so overwhelmed and everyone says oh I'll help you then when it comes down to it. Surprise they don't
