@david.121084, pregnant or not, my brother would get his @$$ beat for something like that. No way. If your brother felt comfortable going into your wallet or purse to get your card to begin with then you need to have a serious talk about boundaries. I would also call the company that he used my card for and make sure that the orders get cancelled ASAP.
Also, some banks have a service to alert you when unusual purchases are made.

My brother has stolen my grandmother's debit card multiple times and has collectively bought $500+ worth of things from PayPal. It's ridiculous. And he sees no issue!
