Gonna give this a try hopefully it will help increase my milk supply so I can start to pump. Anyone had luck using mothers milk tea?

I drank a lot of that tea but I also took fenugreek as directed by lo's pediatrician that is what helped the most.

I tried it I think I noticed a bit of an increase. I also highly recommend Mexican chocolate! I've told every nursing mommy that asks for tips lol. I swear by it

@mrs_spectaculus, no it's like a disk of chocolate and you melt it in milk. It's basically hot chocolate :p and it's so good. My mom made me a cup twice a day and I leaked like a cow. You can find it at Walmart or any Hispanic store

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
