Gonna give this a try hopefully it will help increase my milk supply so I can start to pump. Anyone had luck using mothers milk tea?

I tried it I think I noticed a bit of an increase. I also highly recommend Mexican chocolate! I've told every nursing mommy that asks for tips lol. I swear by it
I drank a lot of that tea but I also took fenugreek as directed by lo's pediatrician that is what helped the most.

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
