If you had chronic pain and didn't want to take opioids that the doctor prescribed would you rather smoke weed to get out of pain if nothing else worked .. (while pregnant ) not saying I'm doing that I just heard about this kind of topic .... If you did smoke during your pregnancy how was your baby

I have the same question. Because I'm very pro cannabis and I think as long as you don't do it heavily it could probably help with nausea. The other drugs drs give for nausea probably are worse

Smoking occasionally was the only way I could keep any food down the first three months of my pregnancy. Besides being a tiny little thing my baby is 100% heathy.

I have chronic pain after being in a car accident, i didnt want to take vicodin or percocet while pregnant so I used marijuana, however I didn't mainly smoke it. I used edibles and I used the kind that had high amounts of cbds and low in thc so the pain was gone and I didn't get too high of them. I used edibles throughout and occasionally smoked marijuana during both my pregnancies and both of my girls are healthy. My oldest is 2 and is smart and has no issues, doesn't mean that is the right decision for everyone. My midwife was well aware of my usage of it and I made the decision to stop using them a few weeks before I delivered that way my drug test would come up negative since I hate confrontation and didn't want to deal with cps being involved if they chose to go that route.

So I live in California where we've allowed the use of medical marijuana for awhile now, and my friend has always been a pot smoker but she was diagnosed with some sort of condition and her use was mostly medical, well she got pregnant, her doctor was fully aware of the pregnancy and her medical use of weed and approved of her still using it for pain relief but when she was drug tested in the hospital all her kids were taken away because of the positive result in her baby's system. With weed still being illegal on the federal level I wouldn't smoke even though it's a much better solution to a bunch of conditions from pain management to nausea to whatever else. It's so unfortunate.
