I've been struggling. Getting my meds adjusted and getting into treatment but I'm still falling back into self harm. Anyone else been in this position? You can pm me if it's personal. I just need some advice. Or someone to vent to who understands that I love my son and don't want to hurt him but that I'm overwhelmed and need a release. Self harming doesn't mean I don't love my son. And that's basically how it always comes across as to why people tell me not to.
