My SO's families cat meows Extremely loud all night if he isn't in a room with someone, mostly our room. If he hears us move in the middle of the night or go pee he freaks out and wants to follow and be let in. I know when the baby is hear he's going to be loud enough to wake the baby, because he wakes me and everyone else up. Idk how to get him to stop, and they won't get rid of him even though they say they are tired of the cats.

I wouldn't worry about baby too much. Babies are only sensitive to noise if you let them be. We leave the tv on at almost full volume while I vacuum and clean and we all talk. all while baby sleeps during the day. I try to keep it quiet at so he understands That it's our bedtime too. But really he sleeps like a rock because we always kept Itnoisy during his sleep
