Oh I agree! Scary at first, but it's whatever works for them. Madi will sleep on her back but she prefers her side, toward me mostly...or rarely on her tummy where she presses her face/nose into bed...I make sure her head is turned before I fall asleep, or turn her over/on side if she allows it. She's had great head/neck control since birth

@nowmrspost, my son would probably sleep in the bed if 2 of our dogs weren't already hogging it😂 plus my son sleeps on his belly so that wouldn't work. I know I will get a lot of flack for this but he has great head control and neck strength. It's the only way he will sleep and he sleeps so good that way. I was super worried about it at first but after he started taking naps like that during the day it helped put me at ease. He's such a happy baby when he wakes up because he slept so good. So ya you gotta just do what works!

Lol! Active sleeper. Ya Madi just wears footie pjs since we bedshare. She only liked being swaddled when she was a week or two old (and slept in bassinet) but started rolling to side really early so I stopped putting her in it

@nowmrspost, if we didn't have such an easy transition out of the Swaddle I would most likely be using it. Luckily my babe just sleeps in his footie pjs lol he's a crazy sleeper though he's all over the place when I check on him in the middle of the night I'm like how the heck did you already get over there lol he sleeps in his pack and play and does like a 180 😂
