Yh i do long walks every day haha x

Lol did she tell you if your cervix was ready etc? Mine was 100% ready and I was already 3cm dilated. The tips I got from the midwife told me to walk loads, which I already was doing, also to walk sideways while walking up the stairs (like a crab) and jump into bed with the other half lol. I voted for a long walk instead 😂 xx

Mine did, I had it in the afternoon then at 12:25 woke up with stomach ache then at 12:35am my waters broke as I stood up from sitting on the arm of the sofa 😂 xx

My first sweep was at 12. after i had period like cramps then 2hrs so at 2pm after my sweep was contracting. Good luck i hope ur sweep works for you

My first sweep worked 24hours after but started with back pain the same night and i was already 1cm dilated xx
