@mcrowell0970, my daughter is 2 1/2 months, and she can completely hold her head up. I just don't know if she'd even like it because she's just starting to touch toys on her little play mat lol
Probably only once they have head control and some upper body control, otherwise they'll just flop around. We got a jumper around 4/5 months because I was against them at first, but I caved and he loved it once he figured out what it was for.
I put my son in a saucer a 3 months because he got angry and bored with his play mat...he could hold his head up great. I put him in a walker at 4.5 months because he's pretty tall and can touch the floor with ease. But I think everyone has different opinions on these things

Well her great grandma is getting her one, so hopefully she will like it soon. I feel like she's still too little to understand it lol @mcrowell0970,
