Update on yesterday's post. I spoke with another physician and she thinks it was to early to even run the NT test in the first place. I am pretty sure I am finding a new fetal medicine doctor after yesterday. The fact that she tried to do a placenta test on me this early blew my mind.

So, the blood test is over 99% accurate for chromosomal disorders and gender testing. And the correct time to do the test is between 10-12 Weeks gestation. So your doctor is doing the right thing.
