Gradually wean. So, take out a feeding and replace it with a bottle feeding. Your breasts will eventually begin to adjust to the lack of demand. If you feel a lot of pressure, just pump a little bit to relieve the pressure, but don't completely empty. Then, feed baby the next time. Do this over time and gradually take out more feedings until you wean them completely.
