So I stepped on a scale yesterday and it told me I had gained weight! We luckily put my toddler on and it showed him double his weight. So whew, but it still made me feel defeated and questioning my weight loss so I did another picture today. First is 3 1/2 weeks ago and the second is today. Made me feel a lot better.

All I have been doing is drinking two tsp of organic apple cider vinegar in warm water every morning and then be a stay at home mom... Sooo my workouts are cleaning the entire house repeatedly, laundry, dishes, baby lifts, toddler lifts, going on walks, chasing a toddler when he has something breakable.. Etc

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
