What does braxton hicks feel like? What does real contractions feel like? When do you start getting braxton hicks?

For me Braxton hicks felt like my stomach was really tight, and that's it started like 30 weeks, contractions...girl! I had back labor so it was like someone had stabbed me in the lower back (almost my butt)

You can get BH as early as second trimester. They feel like a tightening in your lower stomach and only last a few seconds and don't cause pain. The real deal last longer and hurts like a bitch.
