Red, splotchy patches and dots. Flat, smooth not scaly. One on left ear. Any ideas as to what it is?

@mamadiaz  I use Cerave and cornstarch (I switch between, and to keep track I do it when I change her) It really helps.

My daughter had something like that on her ear. My mom told me to put rose water on it which is glycerin water
