I am still so amazed at my amazing birth story! I was probably in labor the whole day before, we're pretty sure my water was leaking but we couldn't tell and so after much back and forth on whether we should go in or not we decided to wait it out till the morning (Monday feb 13th) to call my Dr and see if we could go in to his office to get checked out rather then going to the hospital just to be sent home if it wasn't my water! Little did we know we wouldn't make it till his office opened LOL! So that was night #4 of uneven contractions that were like a 3-4 on the pain scale. However I got up 4 times to change my pad because of the leaking feeling. At 5:15 am (30 minutes before my husbands alarm for work was gonna go off) I had a contraction that felt like a 7 and I told him "That one hurt" and then it was literally boom boom boom, 1 minute, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 1 minute, 2 minutes. At 5:45 when his alarm went off I went to the bathroom because I felt that I needed to go pee and poop which I did and I noticed a lot of pressure when I was going. When I went to wipe in the front I looked down and the tissue was covered in blood. So we called my mom and she came and said it was time to go in. We left at 6:30 and The whole ride there I was having about pain level 7 contractions. By the time we got the hospital it was 6:50 and they were now about an 8. We got in to triage and they checked me quickly because the contractions were coming quick and I was in a lot of pain. I was dilated to an 8!! And from here on out the pain was a 10! I have never been in so much pain in my life! It took them about 20 minutes to get me hooked up to an IV and in our room and pumping enough fluids in me to get the epidural. By the time they got my epidural in I was already amazingly dilated to a 10! (The nurse was like I'm not about to not give it to you THANK GOD). By the time it kicked in and I was settling down it was about 8 ish maybe? My Dr came and broke what was left of my bag (which was literally like nothing left haha) he said let's give baby more time to come down a bit, and told the nurse to give him a call and get me pushing when I started feeling a lot more pressure in between contractions. So I rested my body for a bit and we just waited. After a while they had me put my right leg up and then they flipped me over a bit later and had me put up my left leg and then the nurse checked and she was super low! She called Dr Washington and said it's time to start pushing so we pushed for about 20 minutes and she was coming so fast they started having me push in smaller increments and only once a contraction to keep her in till the dr could make it 😂 he came in and said let's have a baby! We pushed 10 more minutes and there she was!! Born at 11:08am! It was so perfect! Everything went perfectly! I had no episiotomy, no tearing, no hemorrhoids. It all happened so fast it felt more like minutes then hours!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
