C section mommy's.  Could I have a period already?  I don't have cramping or anything but when I went to the bathroom I had blood stains all over my underwear and a chunk when I peed and blood when I wiped...  I think I stopped bleeding 2 or so weeks ago from the surgery...  My baby was born January 10th

I would imagine you could still be bleeding. I bled for a full month after my c section. I didn't get my period until 4 months after
