My breast milk completely dried up when i got pregnant, 2 months before i found out. I continued to attempt to latch my son. My pregnancies are back to back, and unplanned. My son is now 7 months, but was 5 months when my supply dipped then dried up completely.

Why did this happen?

My supply dipped and I got sick, flu, allergies and bronchitis, then it dried up completely.

I suffered through it, afraid any medication would dry it up, until one day my husband came home from work and I wound up in the hospital.

They prescribed medication they promised were save my milk supply and wouldnt affect it or my baby at all.

Alex eventually stopped wanting to latch and i had to pump but he wouldn't drink it.

Why did my milk dry up?
