Ive been having pain around the middle of my stomach, especially my belly button. Since sunday ive had sharp pains and the pain around my belly button even when i shower. Should i go to the emergency room?

Ladies I have a question.. I'm almost 7 months. I bought a flexible maternity belly ring and I feel like it may be irritating my belly button.. it is constantly itchy only on/around my belly button. Anyone else have this problem w/ the rings or is it just going to be like that from stretching in general? I also have a little dry skin on the lower part of my belly button as well. This is a pic of it w/o the ring.

I had a good bit of pain around my belly button too. It wasn't strong but it was mildly painful.
