It seems to last forever!!! But its way better and waay less!!

The pediatrician told me that too, I try and keep him at an incline. Glad he's feeling better that cough lasts awhile but it's not so bad :) @cassielvosloo

Thats so great to hear!! Im glad he is all better!! Jayce is finally on the upswing. Still some mucous but nothing like its been! Same problem with his back though. My nurse told me to put a skinny pillow under his crib mattress so it is on a bit of an incline, it seems to help it drain better and he sleeps better at night! @s.k.a.m,

He's all better now, so nice to see him feeling good again. He just gets regular boogers now and every time I'm so happy not to see the mucus. I do notice he gets congested if he's on his back too long. So lots of tummy time and cuddles. It's a really long virus for them it seems. @cassielvosloo

Sometimes I'd let the saline sit before suctioning so it had more time to loosen things up but the bulb barely got anything I needed a better aspirator first. Hopefully you can get your hands on one. @cassielvosloo

Maybe it's just that he can't get it out and once you suction it then it'll clear up fast?

It lasts for 7-10 days but the cough can continue for a few weeks even though they are feeling better. They gave me a print out I can take some pictures of it for you. @cassielvosloo

Did they tell you how long before the mucus starts to clear up or the cough is completely gone @s.k.a.m,
