Eveything matters and there are many parenting plans available. A judge will be looking into the best inrest of the child. KEEP RECORDS of EVERYTHING!! keep a log of ehen you spoke.. when the parent saw the child.. money exchanges... any and every correspondence. If your child is of speaking age and has any way to communiate their feelings request a court appointed guardian ad litem. They are speaking for the childs intrest only. Do NOT go against any orders. Be diligent.. organized.. civil.. record/drama free.. and Do not coach your child in any way! Will not help the situation and is so damaging for the kids. Be the bigger person even when you want to kill them. Lol.
Does it matter if you aren't married ?? I have reason why I want the visitations to be supervised.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
