I've gained over 30lbs and I'm only 27 weeks.... I feel MASSIVE. I feel like i need to slow down. How do I???? I'm always hungry! I'm trying to eat healthy... but I wasn't exactly ideal weight before pregnancy either... I started at 150 and I'm 5'3" I'm now like 183... is this normal? HELP
Watch your simple sugars, cut out sweets, replace them with natural sugars like fruits... make sure you are getting 5-8 servings of fruits and veggies everyday... that's what I did with my first and I'm doing with this pregnancy... I also keep the pasta down to once or twice a week... your body needs carbs but I try to keep them to a minimum!
