I need some advice... I am a first time mom, my son is 10 months old and he all of a sudden will start screaming in his sleep. This lasts around 5 minutes untill I can calm him down. He is not awake he is sleeping could he be having night terrors? Is something wrong?

My son does that. Night terrors, since usually babies don't have nightmares. There's not really anything that can be done about it. If he cries for more than ten minutes I pick him up and it calms him down, but sometimes he'll calm down himself.
My daughter is 2 and ever since she has been sleeping in her own room she does that. We later learned she liked sleeping in a lit room. A night light wouldn't cut it. So she sleeps with a lamp on. When she has a nightmare, she can wake up and see where she is, ever since, she's been ok alone
My daughter does the same thing ever so often I was told it's normal they are having a nightmare
