I read that at 13 weeks the Penis and vagina of the baby is fully developed so why couldn't they find out gender now instead of waiting for 20 weeks?

Sometimes that happens. I had to wait til 21 weeks because my son wouldn't sit still , he kept crossing his legs and flipping around when it was time to find out . when you do your first Anatomy Sonogram you will definitely see the gender .

Still too small so a lot of room for error. 15 weeks they will begin telling you; that is when I found out.

@sammie20 they look at the baby organs , check to make sure everything is healthy and functioning good. They do that at 20 weeks.
