Anyone know any ways to get over back pain? I think I have bone bruise along with the aches. I fell out at skate world with my daughter yesterday & in so much pain today it's unreal. 😢😫😫

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I go to bathroom every second and I have round ligament pain all the time
