@rainsmommy, I had pre eclampsia and gall bladder attacks that were lasting 12 hours putting stress on me and baby. She weighed 6/3 and was 21 1/4" long. She had jaundice for awhile but very healthy.

@rainsmommy, I just got induced at 35 weeks. I had gestational diabetes and preeclampsia. The baby is healthy other than a little weight problem!

People do sometimes if they have complications like high blood pressure or gestational diabetes or something. I think there are also some people who elect to get induced but I wouldn't recommend it. I didn't want to be induced but I'm too far over my due date now. And I want him out.
