So my 1yr Old daughter hasn't had a nap today. She usually naps from 2pm to about 3:30pm.. she just fell asleep but I know she's not gonna sleep the whole night. It's now almost 8pm , what can I do for her to sleep through tonight? Knowing her, she'll probably wake up at 10 and it's gonna take me awhile to put her back down. Any suggestions????

Just try to wear her out by running around and what not! My 16 month old never naps anymore and he's miserable throughout the day. A mom on here told me to wear him out before nap time and it worked! Running around and all that excitement would make me tired too! Good luck:)
