Mom's! Is it normal for toddlers to not nap anymore? My boy is almost 16 months and last two days he does not nap during his normal nap time. I'm not ready for no more naps😓😓

I found that my daughter has extra energy these days she is 19 months... so on the days that we don't play hard, dance and run all her energy out, she gets super cranky, but won't actually nap!

@dreamermom, ugh! Yesterday my son only took a 30 minute nap (usually takes two hour naps) and he was screaming and throwing tantrums ALL day until bed time

@kcamps, try to wear his little butt out today, I take my daughter for walks and to the playground, then if she still has energy (and I don't) I throw one (or more) of her balls down the hallway... basically play fetch with her! 🤣😅 she typically only takes one nap now and it's only about an hour to 90 minutes but wakes up far sweeter than going to bed! Lol

I totally would take him out to the park or something but it's been raining the past two days here:( but I'll have him play with our puppy and have tickle fights! The wears him out! Haha thanks for the tips:) @dreamermom,

He's forcing himself to stay up...Kids do it all the time...They think they're gonna miss something lol....Wear him out or make him go to sleep....My babies would fight so hard...I would rock them and close my eyes like I was falling asleep and they would copy me and close their eyes lol @kcamps
